The Berkshire Yeomanry Old Comrades Association was formed after the First World War to promote contact between those who had served and fought together. The first Annual Dinner for the members of the Association took place in 1928.
In 1999 the name was changed to the Berkshire Yeomanry Regimental Association to reflect that many members had served together during peacetime.
The aims of the Association are to foster the traditions of the Berkshire Yeomanry, to maintain contact between members, to organise events and reunions, to honour those who have fallen, and to facilitate welfare assistance for those in need.
Today membership is drawn from those who served in the following units:
• 145 (Berkshire Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA)
• 345 (Berkshire Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA)
• 346 (Berkshire Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA)
• R (Berkshire Yeomanry) Battery, 299 Field Regiment RA (TA)
